Shake -a -muscle

When it comes to beverages a whole scroll of items just roll down on the menu, the smoothies, slurpies, shakes and what not, still loaded with a lion’s share of sugar and heavy creams which may satisfy the craving of you foodie mind but not of your soul and body. Swapping the sin with good ingredients is what I am going to do in my recipe of a very unique protein shake which i can bet you will fall for when you will try it yourself, so here we go.

All you need for thia recipe is:-

  • 1cup of almond or soy or coconut milk( skip dairy product to mitigate the effect lactose intake).
  • A handful of rolled out oats. ( but don’t stay late tonight to rolle them out😉)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Half mango or banana
  • 2 spoon greek yogurt (you don’t have to be greek for that though!)
  • A handful of mixed dried berries( hey don’t forget me we are only anti but to oxidants).
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup ( optional phee atleast something is optional).
  • A hint of cinnamon for blood purification.( but who hinted it i guess).
  • Caynee pepper( asian spice tolerance alert)(alergy cautions).
  • Protein whey powder.

Recipe: Take a mixing jar and pour in the soy/almond/coconut milk, just drop in the oats and let it soak a bit no hurries dear. After an hour or so start adding other ingredients to the jar and just give it a blend into a smooth gritfree shake let it rest and serve it chill. This shake could be made as a meal replacement for the gym freaks and the weight watchers who crave for sugar and thick diary products all the day around and munch on any thing that satisfy the sin for sugar, Do give it a try and make it a part of a meal till then get your blender ready for some work and until then I storm my brain into some another healthy recipe amigos ciao!!
